advice
Is there any effective way of losing weight without exercising? I really don't have time with my schedule.

My clothes are pretty plain. I wear jeans pretty much all the time, and usually a single colored shirt or a henley type shirt with a different colored cami underneath. I don't really have any accessories so I don't bother with that. I mean I'm sure I don't look like a fashion disaster or anything but nothing I wear is really special or exciting.
I am getting bored at how plain my clothes are. I don't like to stand out too much so I guess that's why they are so plain. I don't even know where to begin with accessories, and I've heard plenty of times they make the outfit but I'm clueless.
Where should I shop to find clothes not so boring but not to stand out too much, and that isn't over-the-top expenisive? What kind of accessories should I look for and where? Should I shop for entire outfits or just find tops, bottoms, and accessories here and there and put them together?
if your not rich it's ok you'll be fine definitely shop at claires all the new fads should have you going crazy try buying seventeen magazine they can give you some great ideas you should love them but i dont know your style exactly also try and google any specific stores and see if they're in your neighborhood

My hair is naturally curly and frizzy. I blow dry and straighten it all the time. I was wondering if there was anyway to achieve nice, soft curls without the pain of a curling iron, or any heating product whatsoever? I don't want to damge my hair anymore if I don't have to. I have tried using a diffuser on my hair, but it turns out even MORE frizzy than before! Any suggestions?
I suffer from the same type of hair and all i can do is add a product call olive oil and i use bumble & bumble detangler also i use dove gel try using products without achahol in it sorry but beauty is pain most of the tim i mean i'm mixed with puerto rican & black & white so i have really different hair but i burned it when i was little with a straightener and it messed up the texture cause i used to have soft curls and recently i cut my hair shoulder bone level but it's growing super fast

ok i'm about 5'3" and i weigh 145 lbs. i really want to loose 30 lbs asap. can anyone help me out about how i should go about loosing this weight? please don't say "eat healthy and exercise and lay off junk food" can you give me examples of some exercises and foods to eat and foods not to eat and how much a day i should eat? i'd really love to hear from the people who lost weight and what worked for them but anyone will do. thanks so much!
oh my gawd girl i was dealing with the same problem for about a year cause i stoped exercising and i was eating stuff like ice cream and cake way too much and i was starting to lose my popularity and it was killing me i even felt tired cause i felt heavy i mean i am the same height but i was 150 instead of 145 so ur 5 lbs lighter than me but first you gotta feel better about yourself than you can help yourself try joining a gym or working out daily i'm on a speacial k diet and it really works you should try it they have so many different flavors plus i eat hundred calorie packs as snack and i cut out soda only once in a while i drink diet because just because its diet doesnt mean its good for you and for juice if your gonna drink it try light but i mostly drink water and when i go to the mall i drink strawberry smoothies and have ceasar salads and at school i have wraps like the ones at mcdonalds but i make my own
plus i do karate i don't really like it cause i'm lazy but i force myelf to do it cause it's good exercise and mostly believr in yourself also if your gonna indulge once in a while it's ok but try not to do it all the time or you'll nevr get anywhere ok also try doing it aftre working out it's better cause your metabolism is still going
ok do all this and you should be dropping lbs trust me
