ok,well i just want to loose like 3 pounds-but only in my stomache! how can i do this,any exsersizes (sp sorry) that i could do just for the stomache?! also,what are healthy foods to eat,and how much? also one more thing- will swimming help me loose weight? thanks!

sit up work really well
or this one thing not sure what it is called but
you
lay on the ground and stick you legs straight out and left them up in the air.. and hold them there for like i dont know how long i guess around how long you can stand and just do a couple sets of those everyday.. yull really feel the burn lol

swimming yeah it will

sit ups are the best. do 100 a day and then start doing 200 and then 400 when you feel its ready to upgrade. you really get results.

running is good too. and cut back on junk and soda.

healthy foods are just like fruits and vegetables and some yogurts can be good too.

swimming could help but for the stomach crunches are best. sit ups are good but scientifically crunches are better. also drink apricot juice or pear nectar or something along those lines to speed up your metabolism. good luck

yes swimming help you lose weight but not for your stomache.but to lose weight for your stomache is to do some crunches everyday or you can do some sit ups then later see your body results
