First off, you probably shouldn't say VD because that's also an STD.
Vaginal Discharge means it's coming soon, but if it doesn't come by the time you're 18, consult a doctor.
However,
Some people do not have Fallopian Tubes so they don't get their periods, so they're not able to have babies. It's really sad though, but I doubt that's the case you're in! And even if it is don't worry because it doesn't mean there's anything wrong with you. But you should really talk to a doctor if you have further concerns. Almost EVERYONE gets their period though. Don't worry some people I know got their periods in 5th grade, but my cousin's friend just got her period when she was 15 so you shouldn't worry too much. I know you're properly developed and all but you just have to wait for it to catch up! It will come so don't freak out.
Hope I helped

Please stop saying VD. I know you think it's an abbreviation for vaginal discharge, but it's also an STD. So it sounds pretty bad.

Also, don't be so rushed to get your period. Once you have it, you won't want it anymore. =] You will probably get it soon. Don't fret.

Theres no rush at all to get it. Some people get it when they are 10, some people get when they are 13 or 14, and some even get it when they are 16 or 17. You shouldn't have to worry about it because it will come soon, maybe even this year or next year.

I know why you feel nervous, but don't worry, everyone's body is different. Some girls get their period early on, while others are "late bloomers." Either way, everyone is different, and it's all normal. I got my period when I was 13, but my sister was only 10. I have a friend who got it when she was 16...so really, you have nothing to worry about.
It would be helpful for you to talk to a school nurse about it...they have tons of information and are always there to talk to you.
I do know how you feel about being sort of anxious over it. It does seem like it's "about time," but in the end, you'll realize it's no rush :)

Don't worry about it, in fact, treasure that you haven't got your period yet! My mother got her period when she was 18! And I've heard of women who got theirs' even later. Trust me, it's better to have your period later than earlier, I got mine before I got the body and I couldn't fit the pads onto my underwear properly!

Relax! All girls get their periods at different paces, and its not uncommon for a girl to get her period when shes seventeen. It sounds like you'll be getting it soon though, as you sound like your developing normally. But enjoy not having your period, because it will soon become a bit of a hassle :P
You just told me you were very active-
Im hoping you mean like sporty sort of active lol well if so than yes being physically active can deffinitely slow the rate at which you recieve your first period.
