1. Voice breaks
2. Testes release hormones and produce sperm.
3. their penis get bigger.
4. pubic hair grows.

exacly boys get nothing because my brothe buddy had sex with a girl on her period and he didnt knw and all that happened to him was he got blood on his penis but no other that that nothing happens

haha boys. grr. all boys get is facial hair, deep voices, and rageing hormones. they also continue to grow and develope but their testoterone (which is the male hormone) level is at an all time high

well the equevelant to periods for guys is "wet dreams" where they basically ejactulate in there sleep sometimes. But other signs of puberty is facial hair, body hair and a deeper voice.

Unless you want to imagine what it might be like for a guy to get an erection for no reason, out of the blue, in the middle of class...
Poor guys.
One more reason I'm glad to be a girl. I don't think I could handle my body doing things out of my control like that.
