something wierd has been going on for the last 3 days...
i cant stoop shakeing!! im like shivering! but im NOT cold or anyhting, acually i turn off my air conderner, fan, and get under alot of covers, and i will be sweating hot, and i still start like shakeing!!
its like my whole body it starts and is mostly my legs but then like my body starts
im really worried
im not sick
no fevers
feeling fine
not cold
shakeing uncontrobly

1. you could be dehydrated
2. you could not be getting enough sleep
3. too much stress
4. you somehow are getting too much caffene
5. you arent getting the right vitamins
6. also, some people shake uncontrolobly if they are adicted to something and suddny stop using it

or maby it could be a combonation of one or more.
it probly isnt as serious as it sounds, but its best to get it checked out by a doctor annyway. if that is too big of a hassle, it could also be a good idea to talk to your school nurse and see what he/she thinks.

karlyndarlin05 answered Sunday February 18 2007, 11:03 pm: hey i have the same thing. try eating something, or even better you should take like...a multi vitamin pill.... i shake when i havent eaten and when my vitamin levels are low.
just eating like a banana or any other kind of fruit helps me a lotl

See if you can make an appointment to see a doctor, or call the office and speak to one and explain your situation. Sometimes this happens to me and it is because I am nervous.
