how can i loose fat on my ass? like i am not fat but my butt i think it big and the way I walk makes it look bigger. what things can i do to work it off?
Like WiseAl says, genetics does play a factor in how you lose weight. Sometimes you cannot do anything about your "big butt". Women tend to have weight around the butt and stomach too.
I think what you wear is important. This is probably not advice you want, but clothes can disguise a butt and make it appear smaller.

Humans are unable to spot reduce fat. You can lose weight overall through diet and general exercise. Fat will be pulled from all over, and eventually your butt. Genetics plays a part here. Squats will only contribute through the calories they burn.
So, diet and exercise to lose weight or accept your butt as it is :)
Oh and by the way, about the whole fat spot reduction thing. Tell a friend and ask them to pass it on. Play a part in killing this ridiculous myth that has half the world wasting their time doing 1000 crunches every night and nothing else. [ Alin75's advice column | Ask Alin75 A Question ]
