I'm scared ...

I've never been one of the skinny kids or the well liked kids. I'm over weight and i'm starting to get scared. My half sister is well ... big and i've been afraid of getting like that. Theses girls at school are skinny and wear tight clothes so I'm loosing my faith in getting boys or just maybe being liked. I'm just afraid to getting any bigger (reaching 190), so I just don't know what to do. Maybe its the reliesation that enjoy food is not an opion that makes me think I can't do it, but i'm realy worried. Is it even possible to eat just the right stuff and forget enjoying it? What work outs help? and weirdly why are theses skinny mean girls getting dates with boys even though they hurt everyone?

Start playing tennis and dont give up no matter how bad you suck at the beginning.
Tennis is a great sport, gets you thin, makes time go buy and makes you really really hot.
Once you become hot you should try taking dance lessons such as Tango.
In any case, do not go the gym.

Men) freaks that like to get pumped up and look rediculusly big while the shove all kinds of chemicals down their throat.

Wimen) who are bullimic, anorexic and nymphomaniacs who have random sex just cause it makes them feel good about themselves.

Katherine,

This is something so many people go through. Isn't it a bitch that the mean skinny girls get the guys? I mean, come on! And no wonder their cranky, they eat nothing! (I'd be pissed...)

But you know why they get the guys? Confidence. They might have it, or act like they have it, but its alluring to boys. If those girls walked around being shy and demure, they wouldn't get very far.

So shine, Katherine. Let your personality out. Show all the guys what your all about. So many girls lack personality because they are worried about things that have no importance, or are to afraid to show those their true selves. Guys LOVE a girl with:
Personality
Confidence
A sense of humor
Style
Intelligence

So if the guys can see that in you, and deject you because your appearence isn't like a celebirty who has been airbrushed, than shame on them. Your prince charming will come one day and see your inner self, and you know what? He'll love it.

But if you are overweight, I advise you to try and lose some (to a healthy weight). You don't need to conform to a stereotype, just be healthy. Fatty food may taste good, but it makes you feel and look horrible. If you trade in soda for water, and candy for fruit, and you add some exercise in like walking before and after school, you'll find yourself feeling amazing. Full of energy and strong. It also does wonders for your confidence.
If your looking into serious weight loss, ask your parents to sign you up for a membership at the gym and bring a friend along. Working out together can be a blast. Talk to a nutritionist. They'll tell you how to eat right, and good. All healthy food isnt gross, I actually perfer HealthyChoice meals and weight watcher icecream to the norm.

It's all about your determination. If you have enough, you can do anything.

Most importantly, love yourself. Love yourself no matter how you look. You have to love yourself before you can love anyone else truly.

I completely understand how you feel. Although i'm not overweight, I've always been on the curvier side and since i hang out with some younger MUCH thinner girls i've recieved alot of crap about it. anyways, Just try to eat healthier in smaller portions and exercise for about 30 minutes a day. Run, do areobics, ect. Remember, everyone has at least one PERFECT match. not all guys go for the skinny mean chicks. just show them the true you. If you really feel ugly (even though i'm sure you're not) then go shopping and get some cute flattering clothes and a bit of makeup. dont overdo it though. Remember, how you see yourself has a big impact on how people see you. :] hope i helped.

Ok, just hang in there. Everyone feels in your position sometime in there life. Here are some things you can do to help get in shape and lose weight.

--take walks. if its too cold out, try things like crunches.
--make sure to eat healthy. Eat fruits as a snack, make sure to eat vegetables and stuff. Make sure to have well balanced meals, and make sure to have a balanced breakfast in the morning also, because that keeps you awake.
--Getting the urge for food? Try gargling minty mouthwash for about 30 seconds, and the craving for food should go away in about 10-15 minutes.
