"muffin top" ew

What's the real name of that place that's kind of on your sides and above your hips that people call "muffintops" and what kind of exercises are there that target that area specifically

lol ive heard that if you use about a 25 or 30 pound weight and hold it in one hand standing up and then bend over towards the hand that you are holding the weight in, and then go back to standing up, then repeat it like 25 times on each side for awhile it helps get rid of fat in that area....

Haha, "muffintops". I think you're talking about "lovehandles" (that's a more common name for them) and they only appear on girls because of the way females store fat.

Sorry, but I don't know any excerizes that target that area.

Those are the Obliques.

Side bends, crunches and oblique twists target them.
