Actually, I have to disagree with the person below me. I don't think that it's you do not like this guy, I think you're probably nervous. I've been that way many times, knowing how much I like someone, but just can't seem to bring myself to talk to him.
I won't bore you with my story, but I went through something like this before, myself. And I finally brang myself to talk to him, face-to-face and tell him completely how I felt, and it worked out great for me. It was one of the best things I have ever done. So I definitely recommend talking to him, when you see him and letting him know how you feel.
Trust me, you'll regret it if you don't tell him. I wish you the best of luck, and I'm sure everything will work out for you. :)

hey, well if you dont talk to him i dont think that you like him. its just an attraction and i garentee that you "like" him for his looks and not his personality [considering you dont even knwo his personality]. anyways, just start talking to him through email and get to know him more.

Just when you do see him tell him and he might like you so then you guys can see each other more often which is great and that you have his email address too. So either tell him in person which I think is best or tell him through email but if you do that then he might just ignore it and pretend he never got it or something like that so telling him in person is better. I hope everything goes well for you!
