they both sound okay but jeremy sounds a little dangerous at times like with the whole knife thing.
how about this.
try writing a list for each of the boys. for each boy write pros (good things) and cons (bad things) about each other them. which ever has a less amount of cons or a higher amount of pros. choose them.

The first guy might be fun and exciting to date at first, but after a while your relationship would be just as dramatic and crazy as it sounds like he is. Besides, if a guy says he isn't ready for a girlfriend, you should listen because they usually aren't and won't be good to you.
