Push ups give the illusion of more perkier breasts. Massaging can also help stimulate growth.
I've never personally tried, but from what I've read, and from other peoples views, you have to stick to it for a while before you start noticing a difference.

if you do push ups alot, it'll make your pectoral [sp?] muscles bigger, giving your breasts the appearance of having more "lift" [not a whole lot though] but it doesnt actually make them grow!

If this worked every woman would have basketball size breasts. This old myth about workouts to enhance ones bust seems to go directly back to Judy Blume's "Are you There God, It's Me Margret" protagonist who wanted to do the same thing as you do.

All you can do is relax and know you are a normal teenage girl. Sooner or later they will grow. You are probably just a late bloomer. Growth is determined by your genes and the age where this usually ocurs in your family.

Until then there isn't much you can do except know that in time it will happen. Believe me there are countless other girls at your school going through the same thing feeling they are inadequate as well as girls who feel awkward because they feel too big in the bust area for their age.

If you are terribly concerned about your growth and lack of breast development over a three year period see your family doctor for peace of mind. I'm sure he/she will tell you there's not much you can do but wait on nature.

You're a sucker if you truly believe that.

If it worked then why doesn't every woman do it? It would be the greatest thing since sliced bread if it had validity.

Come on don't fall for it.
