what is on the permit test for your drivers license?

does anyone know what is on the permit test for driving, good things to study/know, good sites for online practice tests and things to know.

There should be a book you have to read. You can get it at the DMV for free. Ask your mom to pick it up so you can read it. It's really boring, but almost everything in the book is everything they test you on. And you can only miss 6 to pass. You miss more than six, you fail. Also, for tests & stuff, go to google & type Permit Practice Tests for "your state here." You didn't specify, so I'm not exactly sure.

Know more than just signs and drug laws. Learn ALL of the laws of the road. You need to know these laws anyhow to be a safe motorist.
I know I sure don't want to drive down the road with my child in the car with people who only studied road signs, and not the things that really matter...

You didn't say what state you live in, so I'm just going to give you Tennessee's practice test.

know all the signs. and stuff if you type in good '(your state name) drivers manual' there should be a state website and there are quizes on there ;] well at least there should be.
