Upper lip hair.
I have really noticeable blackish upperlip hair because i have hormone problems with my ovaries. Its not bad to the point where it looks like a mustache. I just dont like seeing it and knowing its there. For months I used facial hair bleaching kit, but then I felt it looked more noticeable. So I bought a facial hair WAXING kit. A week later my hair grew back! I think the wax kit really doesn't work.. but i want to get it professionally done. How long will the professional waxing last for? I heard 8 weeks. I don't care if its longer than a month, but i don't want to have to go out so often for it tho, like every 2 weeks. Or do you think I should just keep bleaching it? Thanks in adviceeeeeeeeee.

waxing in the salon for me lasts like 6-8 weeks. At 6 u can see little specks and at 8 u can see it grow back fully.

NO DONT BLEACH. ITS THE GROSSEST THING A GIRL CAN DO!!!. GUYS HATEEEE IT. its like this, YOU know that you have hair there, but you still dont get rid of it. its nasty. THREAD. thread thread. everytime i answer hair removal questions i always say thread. or continue to wax it. the only thing with waxing is when your older your lip will wrinkle and will start to sag. (looks so nasty). and if you thread you might have to go every like 3-4 weeks depending on your body. go to any south asian salon if you want or just find a place that does it. (i think you should do your eyebrows with threading - you get an AMAZINGGGGGGGG shape) i thread my eyebrows as well as my upper lip. if you want i can send you a picture, just leave your email in my inbox or something. let me know what you decide =) good luckkkk

Waxing is not a good idea, beacause it will grow back. Plucking is escpecially bad, just like shaving. I suggest you visit you doctor and ask for hair removal cream that will help thin out your upperlip hair. As far as I understand, that is the best for you because anything else will strengthen the hair folicle.

Okay so i'm Latin and every few months i get faint black hairs on my upper lip and i tweeze them- YES IT HURTS...but its not unbearable...

i get it waxed and it lasts over four monthes but if it grew back so quickly with the waxing kit i would say it would grow back in about a month the bleaching will only take away the COLOR of the hair but not the ACTUAL hair. you coul try Nair for your face and it shlould last a week or so. good Luck!

don't worry. i have the same problem as you. i get my upper lip lasered and that is expensive. it lasts about 10 years. i think it takes 6 months to get rid of it if you havn't touche it but if you have then it takes around 8 months!
laser stings a little for about half a second.
