i think if you know the person from before, and youve been friends or you have liked them for a long time. if you just met them like a week ago or somthing, id give a kiss on the cheek or somthing.

If you feel like you and the person really hit it off, then yes. If you don't feel a connection, then don't kiss just to kiss.

It depends on how the date went. If the date was borring, there wasnt much to talk about and no chemistry is there, dont kiss. If he looks like he wants a kiss, like hes close to you, leaning in, give him a hug and a peck on the cheek. If the date was great kiss him if he looks like he wants to. Otherwise he should kiss you first in most cases.

but honestly its how you two feel about each other.
if you think that you guys are moving at a fast pace (you already know a lot about him/her) then I suggest holding hands, or your arm around him/her.

Your first kiss should probably be on the second or third date.
but everybody's different. that's just how I would prefer it.
