Dexatrim Max 2o

Question Posted Saturday February 3 2007, 10:32 pm

15/f
5'5/170lbs
Does anyone know anything about Dexatrim Max 2o? I'd really like to start using it. I hope that with that and a good excerisze and eating plan, I could lose 30-50 pounds in 76 days. (April vacation)

Summary:
1. is Dexatrim Max 2o safe?
2. Is losing that much weight possible?

Diet pills suck, and aren't made for teenagers. They're made for adults, but I honestly don't recommend them for anyone. They don't work. Eating healthy & exercise 3 times a week for 20 minutes is better for you.

The good exercises and healthy diet is plenty enough for weight loss.
Diet supplements such as Dexatrim are formulated for adults to take. I would never suggest a teen take it.

Good exercise and eating is all you will need. Dexatrim is not for you.

I've been doing this a while and I don't even use a diet pill- save your money and your time.
