If the apology is to be sincere, it shouldn't come from other people. It has to come from you & your heart. That is sincere. Not 10 people on an advice site telling you what to say. You're not sorry if you can't be sincere enough on your own to say sorry.

Well, i really cant tell you what exactly to say because that should come from YOU. But, i will give you ideas. Tell him that youre really sorry about what you did, and for him to give you another chance because nobody is perfect. And basically spill your heart out because thats all you can do. && be honest about it, otherwise he'll know it wasnt from the heart
