spacefem answered Friday February 2 2007, 9:35 pm: I just created a random 2gb playlist in my itunes and it was 466 songs, or 1 day, 4 hours and 23 minutes worth of music. I'd say 2gb is a pretty good size for an mp3 player. [ spacefem's advice column | Ask spacefem A Question ]
PunkieFreak4690 answered Friday February 2 2007, 6:04 pm: It varies. If the average song was about 3-4 mb, then it could carry around 200-500 songs. There is no maximum amount of songs. Also if it helps, I have a 2 gb mp3 player as well, and I can easily fill up about 250 songs (using songs that range from 2 mb to 4 mb). a 3 mb song is like 3 minutes, pretty much if that helps. If the song was any longer, it could shorten the maximum hold [of 2 gb]. Hope that didn't confuse you. =] [ PunkieFreak4690's advice column | Ask PunkieFreak4690 A Question ]
