You did not once mention that you want to do it because you want to be healthier, feel more energized- you are just concerned with the end result for your trip to Florida and playing up to this ridiculous image that you have created of yourself.
You say you NEED to be tiny- I am going to tell you that in the long run; you can have a shredded 6 pack, slender legs- the whole deal...but all of that means absolutely nothing if you don't put your health before your image. You don't NEED to be tiny- you WANT to be tiny; however you NEED to be healthy.
You're 14 and have the opportunity to start this the right way- focusing on how you can make a healthier more energized you. That's the foundation to ultimately not only feeling good- but looking good as well. [ MikeCFT's advice column | Ask MikeCFT A Question ]

don't you dare go anorexic on us.
it's not healthy.
if other people say you are tiny, i'm sure you are. i used to think exactly like you, but you wrong. i'm sure you aren't overweight by a single pound.
there's no way you can lose weight that fast unless you go on something called a crash diet & i pray to God i did not just remind you that you could do that & that you already knew, but weren't crazy enough to do it. crash diets are dangerous.
