yes it's okay. Sometimes if the guys hands are on girl's hips, the girl puts her hands on his and interlocks her fingers with his on top. It's okay to pretty much do whatever you want while grinding as long as you and your guy are comfortable :)

Well...ya. You usually just put your hands in front of you and he puts his on your hips. Just move your hands toward his.
