I met this nice guy at work. I'm 23 he's 26... but I don't think thats a big deal. I just said hi to him one day and we got to chatting. He hangs around to talk to me for a few minutes here and there after his shift is over and we do talk on the phone. We did go out to the movies one day and ended up kissing. I told him that I liked him and all he said was "I didn't know you liked me " I felt awkward but neither of us brought it up again. I'm not really quite sure what to do

The best advice I can give you is to talk to him, face-to-face and alone. And tell him how you feel, and explain to him that you may want to be more than friends. Ask him how he feels, and if he wants to take the relationship further. It's one sure way to know how he feels, and if your relationship will escelate or stay the same. Good luck!
