MikeCFT answered Monday January 29 2007, 8:57 pm: Bodyweight does affect the amount of protein one should consume. I personally eat a lot of protein but not as much as most lifters do because in my own experience and research I believe it to be VERY hard for the human body to be deficient in protein. I think if we are all getting in some fish and meat and dairy then we are doing just fine with our protein consumption.
Boochie answered Monday January 29 2007, 7:30 pm: um.. you should just take come vitamins a day, i dont know for sure how many grams of protien, but have a steak or something. im sorry this advice is kinda crappy.. SORRY!! =]]

chrissabelle37 answered Monday January 29 2007, 7:29 pm: The average adult should get 60 grams of protein per day so since you're 5'10" that's probably a good amount. If you keep up with the excercising you may need less, but proteins always healthy so I would stick with the 60 grams. I really hope this helped! =) [ chrissabelle37's advice column | Ask chrissabelle37 A Question ]
