Do they sell PSP's in stores? and can you go online on a PSP for free?

They sell them in electronics stores. You can go online for free if there is a free WiFi hotspot nearby. Wifi hotspots are only dense in big cities, so if you're not in a very big city it'd likely you won't be able to go online for free.

Yes they sell psp's in stores. Stores like Best Buy would have them. I've never heard of you being able to go online for one and getting it for free. I don't think anything online is free, lol. But you never know. Toys "R" Us might have them too. I really hope this helped and if you need more help send me a message =).
