you need to sign up for it, but i think its worth it. You can resize pictures with one click and then it gives you the link for it. I would deff. consider it =] [ ADDiCT3DTOHiMx's advice column | Ask ADDiCT3DTOHiMx A Question ]
DiNOxTHUNDER answered Sunday January 28 2007, 2:42 pm: ok heres what you do.
go to google and search irfanview.
there will be a website that says its the official page of irfanview, thats the one you want.
then go about downloading it as you normally would.
once you have, open up the picture you want through it.
then go to "image" and select "resize/resample."
there you can make them whatever size you want.
then resave it and upload it to a program like tinypic or photobucket.
put the URL where it says URL and upload it.
then youre all done.
hope i helped.=] [ DiNOxTHUNDER's advice column | Ask DiNOxTHUNDER A Question ]

insomnia answered Sunday January 28 2007, 2:13 pm: This may not be the normal way to do it but what I do is... if you open Microsoft Word (if you have it) and paste the picture on to it, you can shrink it a little bit. Then you take a screen shot and crop out the picture and it should be smaller. Or you can save it as filename.JPG or filename.GIF instead of filename.BMP but it might make it slightly blurry.
