Tips On A Faster Metabolism?

what are some drinks, food, ANYTHING that helps speed up your metabolism? i'm not talking about excerise, cuz i'm well aware that does help. but for example, is it true adding pepper to your food speeds up your metabolism?

I actually looked this up on [Link](Mouse over link to see full location) and it says that foods like chilles, ginger, coffee, and cola may speed up your metabolism very slightly but not enough to loose much weight. It says that some people even argue that coffee or cola just make you more alert when exercising and you'll do a better job. I hope this helped! =)

Drink a lot of green tea. I usually have a hot cup of it in the morning and bring a water bottle with a green tea bag in it to school every day.

Well, you need to make sure that you eat all 3 meals, because if you keep skipping meals then your metabolism slows down. Always eat breakfast, because that gets your metabolism going right when you wake up, which actually does make it faster. & Yes, eating peppers and anything spicy does make your meabolism faster. & When you eat make sure you keep chewing on whatever your eating untill it gets really small and then swallow it, because if you eat slowely, that makes you gain less weight. Spices do help to speed up the metabolism- so yes things like pepper and mustard do help.
