I'm switching schools, how long does it take for them to transfer stuff like.. when we'll i start? if my mom calls tmrw. [wednesday] will it take a week? =/ or less... or more. ):

But your new school (probably the guidance counsilor) will have to look at them to be able to place you in the right class(es) this can take a few days. You should call your old school to get your records sent then call the new school and find out when they want to talk to you. [ rick505's advice column | Ask rick505 A Question ]
xostarbrightbaby answered Tuesday January 23 2007, 8:45 pm: It depends on the school really. Your mom should call your new school and schedule an appointment with a counsler. During the appointment your mom can fill out paperwork and schedule which day you would like to start attending it. Once you either already have or are going to transfer out of the old school just call and let them know. You can transfer within two days, but when I did I had the choice to decide when I wanted to start school. Hope this helps. ♥ [ xostarbrightbaby's advice column | Ask xostarbrightbaby A Question ]
yourrtrustyhelpline answered Tuesday January 23 2007, 8:42 pm: it probably will not take that long, considering right now, most schools either have recently ended or are soon ending first semester. if your school hasn`t ended first semester, they will probably have you complete the semester at your school, what with finals and all, but if now, it should be pretty fast.
