ever considered rehab theres no shame in it.if you really want to quit then you need to be willing to take that step. thats a very serious thing and if you value your life then i think you should get professional help.

hey, well its dangerous for you. i would seek help with a therapist or a conciler(sp?). i would do that because most of us dont feel comfortable with taking about our problems to people that we know.

Try to keep in mind that when you think you want to get high more, you are letting it control you.
You have to step up and put yourself back in control.

Replacing it with something else didn't work before. Jogging alone didn't help. You got to try to get the need out of your head, weather by willpower alone, or along with some guidance.

I would suggest seeking a drug councilor to help you overcome this. They can help you keep that willpower, help you find things to better fill your time, and give you the confidence in yourself to succeed with taking back charge of your life.

Best of luck to you!
