A hickey is the same thing as a bruise. Just as with a bruise, you cannot apply or do anything to make a hickey disappear.
However, you can make a hickey less obvious with some thick concealer.

put a spoon in the freezer and then press it against the hickey.

Some one told me that you put toothpaste on them. I tried it once. It helped a little.
