when i was 13 i cut bangs exactly like that and when they grew out, i put them to the side like sidebangs lol well first you brush hair infront of your face so your hair covers your face (make sure your hair is wet, never dry) and then just get some scissors and cut straight across. good luck with it and hope i helped!

Well it's really hard to explain it.
I know how to cut hair
but it's easier to get it cut by a professional then doing it yourself.
It looks like her hair is cut straight across [and it looks like it grew out]
and she rolled her bangs to get that bouncy look.

ive got bangs very similar to that. I couldn't do it myself, in fact I dont think most people could do it themselves. The best option is to print the picture out and take it to your hairdresser. I was suprised at just how inexpensive my cut was, it was really worth it, and the job my hairdresser did was excellent. :]
