Okay so when i was younger i used to be very overweight and fat, from about kindergarten to the end of 5th grade, then in 6th grade i stood about 5'3 and 112 pounds, which was amazing for someone coming from about 5'1 144 pounds.
When i was at that weight, i wasnt too self confident but everyone would tell me how pretty i was or that i lost so much weight.
I figured I wanted to loose even more weight, so i began to eat only cereal for a longgggg time.
I gained 90% of the weight back.
I didnt even realize it until I went to the doctor, I was shocked.
After that I decided to go back to my old diet and exercise plan to see if it would work.
It didnt, I just stay at about the same weight and the only way I can loose weight is if I eat barely anything at all.
If I eat as much As i was to eat, then I either stay the same or gain a pound and cry about it.
What makes me the most sad is, I dont think I look really really fat, but the guys at my school make it seem like I am, and its not like I'm a nerd , Im really popular.
I just dont know what to beleieve.
One person will tell me Im not fat , im just big boned.
Then more people will call me fat.
Then someone might say Im just the right size.
As of now I'm 5'5'-5'6 and about 145 pounds.
Dont send me those calculators, i just want an opionion
thanks
and if you have any tips on binge eating

I would say you aren't fat at your height and weight. They may be saying that to you because they know it gets under your skin.
Eating cereal is good for you, but not in excess. You are putting too many carbs into your body. Carbs are good, but not in excess.
When you barely eat anything, your body lives off of your body fat, and then eventually off of your muscles. (bad thing.) Then, when you go on bursts and eat a more balanced diet, then your body decides to store more fat, basically so it knows it can survive when you eat very little. (bad thing.) Binge eating is always a bad thing.
Your best bet would be to, at all times, stick to a well balanced healthy diet. Get into an exercise regimen. Yo-Yo dieting is too hard on your body. Don't do that.
The best person I know to get advice on how to stay fit, eat healthy, and get the results you are looking for is a columnist named MikeCFT.
If you don't hear from him, ask him in his column inbox.
Take his advice. This guy knows what he is talking about.

Its nice to have some meat on your bones, if your really skinny then you just look sick and tired no guys like that. Also keep in mind, you said your working out then you probably have muscle. Muscle weighs more than fat. I dont think thats fat at all, but if you think it is then nobody can change your mind. If your worried about your weight then others will see it and take advantage of it. If your confident then nobody sees your "flaws". Everytime you want to eat grab an apple or something healthy and just stay away from the kitchen. As long as your happy with who you are then dont listen to what others have to say.
