saraOWNSxo answered Sunday January 7 2007, 6:31 pm: well, my dad does a lot of production on work out stuff so he knows some people that are trainers. i've been going to a trainer lately and we usually do crunches, situps, and sometimes even certain leg exercises can help your abs. look on google and it will help.
that is what i use. i know its a little expensive .. i told my dad it was too much but it seriously works. its so comfortable to work out on. i'm not saying you have to buy that but maybe from that small video you can see some of the techniques they use on their crunches and situps. good luck :] [ saraOWNSxo's advice column | Ask saraOWNSxo A Question ]
