bigger thighs

Im really skinny im not anorexic or anything its just how im built..but i want to get bigger thighs, not fat, muscle. so what are some things i can do to get that?

You sound just like one of my friends. She's really skinny, but she eats alot. Anyway, i would say you should do squats. they really help. you can walk/run with weights on your legs. you can also eat more food like meat. look on google for leg excercises. it will help alot. good luck :]

eat more meat. like protein. and go for a jog daily. it will make the leg muscles more stronger.

Squats are really good for like the back of your thighs.

And also lay on your back with your legs straight out and lift them together really slow to where they are straight up. You can do that with someone else too. They stand behind you and hold their arms out so you have to touch their hands with your feet and you can hold their ankles to help you. Sorry if that was confusing but I hope I helped.
