what are some tips to get abbs? and how long can it take? (link)

well, my dad does a lot of production on work out stuff so he knows some people that are trainers. i've been going to a trainer lately and we usually do crunches, situps, and sometimes even certain leg exercises can help your abs. look on google and it will help.

that is what i use. i know its a little expensive .. i told my dad it was too much but it seriously works. its so comfortable to work out on. i'm not saying you have to buy that but maybe from that small video you can see some of the techniques they use on their crunches and situps. good luck :]

Im really skinny im not anorexic or anything its just how im built..but i want to get bigger thighs, not fat, muscle. so what are some things i can do to get that? (link)

You sound just like one of my friends. She's really skinny, but she eats alot. Anyway, i would say you should do squats. they really help. you can walk/run with weights on your legs. you can also eat more food like meat. look on google for leg excercises. it will help alot. good luck :]
