LagunaBabe answered Saturday January 6 2007, 10:15 pm: Yes, actually it is proven that thongs are bad to wear. I know, as weird as it sounds, but it's true. See, they don't let you breath down there, so therefore it's holding in any bacteria, etc.
orphans answered Saturday January 6 2007, 9:37 pm: ok so its not BAD for you, but its not tooo good. basically, since its kinda tight it gives you no room to breathe... you shouldnt wear them for more than 10 hours a day, and u deffinantly shouldnt sleep in them (its better to not sleep in any underwear at all -- i dont do that, but i know its better...) Erronius answered Saturday January 6 2007, 9:15 pm: The only 'bad' thing I can think of, is the women that wear thongs with low-cut jeans and end up having their thongs stick out all day, especially when they bend over. You can almost hear them thinking "Hey, look at me!!". There is a fine line between looking trashy, and looking provacative, imho. I'd be embarassed to be seen with a woman doing this, thank God no woman I've dated has ever done this publicly.
sugabooga answered Saturday January 6 2007, 8:49 pm: No, thongs are not bad for you. Why? Because they are just like any underwear just different in the butt area, I mean, I've heard about getting yeast infections from the, but me and all my friends wear thongs and it has not happened to any of us. Just make sure the thong is actually comfortable and has room and is not skin tight. [ sugabooga's advice column | Ask sugabooga A Question ]
