So bread with sugar is executed thsi year..Can I eat yogurt for breakfast? My parents said it's a snack so they took it away from me =(
How many times can you eat yogurt a day?

I use low-carb bread with sugarfree jelly to make toast. It tasteslike regular jelly but it has Splenda in it. This can be found at nearly any grocery store.
Yogurt can be a healthy breakfast. Again, you can buy the sugarfree variety. You could probably eat it three times a day. The calcium in it is very good for you.

I ate nonfat yogurt every day for breakfast during the summer and I lost alot of weight. There's nothing wrong with eating one yogurt everyday, as long as it isn't a full fat yogurt with alot of sugar. Organic yogurt has no aspartame sweetener, try and buy that.

Healthy breakfast foods:

Whole grain toast (with butter, peanutbutter, jelly, egg salad, etc).
Cereal (a healthy cereal, not a sugary one.)
Fruit and granola
Egg white and vegetable omlette
Scrambled tofu and potatoes (if you're a vegetarian like me)
Leftovers from dinner.

Yogurt is more of a snack but if you pair it with like something more filling like and apple it could be breakfast. You shouldn't eat yogurt more than 3 times a day because the amount of lactose could make you sick.

For breakfast try frosted mini wheaties, specail k. They have special K breakfast bars which are really good and filling. It is a rumor the whole chocolate thing, chocolate is associated with periods which when you are on your period you typically get break outs so you can eat chocolate but not a lot because its not super healthy.(My really good friend's dad is a dematoligest so I got this info first hand.)

Good luck. Eat fruit and veggies! Stay away from grease!!!

Hope I helped!

Why this year? Why not commit to healthy eating and living for the rest of your life? It shouldn't be a passing fad- and the truth is if you treat it as that then you will get nowhere.

Eggs
Whole wheat bread
Oatmeal
Fresh fruit
Milk
Grits

Just to name a few off the top of my head.

I don't recommend yogurt- it causes a lot of subcanteous fat storage between the skin and muscle and only a teaspoon of it per week is needed to help maintain flora in the digestive tract- some extra info for you there.
