For many people, the beach isn't something that they have access to on a daily basis. You always want what you can't have, right?

Also, the sound of the ocean is very therapeutic.

I think one of the most common reasons beach is paradise is because its quite calm and relaxing and people like the ocean or whatever the water is surronding it, i guess its just another place for people to runaway and feel happy in a relaxing area
love always& forever

it really depends on a person's definition of paradise. what is paradise to you?? for some paradise is a place filled with beauty and relaxation, and a beach has just that. the warm sand, the soothing sound of the waves hitting the shore, or crashing against the rocks. the clear skies (if its warm out), and the sun.
