I have an issue and I cant seem to resolve it.
I go on a diet and I loose weight , very easily.
I go off my diet and gain it back, just as easily.
I wish I could stay on my diet, i always tend to eat so much after maybe loosing 3-7 pounds.
when I eat, I dont eat anything un healty though.
But I stuff my face with yogurt, fruit, pretzels, trail mix, light popcorn, cereal.
You name it.
But ive been going to the gym and working off 800 calories.
But after that I come home and eat!
I dont know what to do anymore, Ive tried so many times !
can someone help me
You're taking it wayyy too serious- I'll tell you because I have been there- I started training at 13 and was obsessed and went through a few tough injuries. I lived and I learned and I gained experience from it; educated myself further and now I try to educate others from both education and personal experience.
You have all the time in the world to worry about serious dieting and exercise. Don't worry about eating immaculate- just try to eat sufficient and don't beat yourself up when you fail. It happens to everyone- even to those like myself who should know better. Failing isn't what should determine how you look at yourself- the mistakes you make and how you rectify them should be how you judge yourself.

simmonexo answered Wednesday January 3 2007, 1:00 am: don't go on any kind of diet, you're too young. excercise alot and keep it up, eventually it will go away if you're doing the right excercises. but if you're going to be on a diet, make sure it's a REALLY healthy one and stay on it. just make sure you're getting all of the vitamins you need.
1,000 crunches a nite & run a mile each day. build that mile into more each week.
what i do is i target a certain area that i want to change and look up on google an excercise and i'll add that excercise into my routine. just keep up everything you're doing and dont give up on it. [ simmonexo's advice column | Ask simmonexo A Question ]

Your body is going through alot of changes, and maybe that is why you have gained weight. Your body needs proteins to overcome these changes and this is why you need to eat healthy. Dont worry, when you finish growing, all your baby fat will go away, and you will soon be able to maintain your weight. All you should do now is eat properly (no diet). You can learn about this in www.mypyramid.gov . Also, start to exercise, but dont overdue it. Burning 800 calories a day is too much for your age. Remember that your body needs the calories more than ever now. Exercise for at least 30 min. a day, or just join a sport. I used to have a problem similar to yours. Dont worry, it will get better soon!!!! Hope this helped!!!!
