You know what does wonders? Banking soda and salt! All you do is you get a little bottle and fill it with 1/2 banking soda and 1/2 salt. Then, shake it so everything is mixed together. After you're done brushing your teeth (with regular toothpaste), just put a little bit of banking soda/salt on your tooth brush and finish up with that. It works great and it REALLY does make your teeth whiter. You should see a difference.
EDIT: I think my mom saw it on T.V. or something, I'm not too sure. She's the one who told me about it, though. :)

Colgate plus advanced whitening.
Its supposed to whiten your teeth in 14 days.
Another good option is something I use. Crest whitening strips. :]

You can buy them at a grocery store, or somewhere like WalMart.
