I'm a 15 year old vegetarian in highschool. I'm the type of person who needs to eat food...good food...very often. I was wondering if anyone has good ideas for my school lunch
*nothing that needs to be kept cold
*low fat
*NO MEAT!!!

she makes lunches for her young son who used to not be homeschooled. it's more sporadic now, but the archives are golden.
I also suggest The Garden of Vegan. There's a great chapter on school lunches and most of the recipes can be tailored for lunches.
normally I just eat whatever's leftover from last night's dinner in a pita pocket. my school has accessible fridges and microwaves in every homeroom, but barely anyone uses them so I get lots of space so it might be tricky to come to me with a problem. [ Moop's advice column | Ask Moop A Question ]
