70-80% of chance at loosing weight is what you eat so you don't need to go crazy with exercise at first. Because if you exercise tons and eat unhealthy nothing will happen. However, having a steady exercise routine helps burn fat and the calories you eat.

You don't like exercising but there are alternatives. Hoola-hooping burns calories, lots surprisingly. But not the cheap plastic kind the metal or water filled kind. Try doing that. Trampolines, tons of calories. Especially if you keep your knees somewhat bent and really bush down. Live in an apartment with lots of stairs?? Walk, don't take the elevator. And do it a lot, not just to go to your room. Walk up and down, up and down. But the truth of the matter is, you have to do something. Cardio- tredmile(i hate it)eliptical(love it!!!)bicycle machine(love it!!!) stairmaster(don't use it. it's bad for your knees.)

Don't try and find a fast way to loose weight. You have a year to and you should take advantage of that because any quick fix- everything will all come back. Slim Fast might work but you can ONLY EAT THEIR FOOD. And you have to...exersize.

Guess what? You're going to have to start liking it if you want to really get anywhere. There is no getting around it- one must eat right AND exercise to make progress. Do you think I like getting on a Stairmaster for 20 minutes? NO- but I do it because that's just the name of the game.

Suck it up and just do it.

And no..Slim fast doesn't work.

sit ups, crunches, running, jogging, walking, pushups, jumps, squats, leg lifts, weight lifting (like five pounds barbells..good for upper arm strength), dancing (freestyle, make up our own dance, mess around..etc), lunges, bicycles, rowboats, cheerleading jumps(toetouches, herkies, hurdles..etc), strecthes, reaching for the sky..(it's gay, but it works your abdomens and shoulder), frog jump..(squat on the floor as far as you can and then jump as high as you can, do these in 10 times in reps of 5. They're tiring, but they tighten your inner thigh muscles. I could go on for the exercises. Just because you have no acess to a gym or pool is no reason to get on the floor and do some crunches...not just you in general..the general America.
As for the Slim Fast..Let's just say that Whoopi Goldberg was the spokesperson for slimfast and she only lost like 10 pounds in like a year. My advice is to stay away from the slimfast stuff and diet pills because they're not the best..
Just make yourself an exercise regimine and balance it out with a healthy food plan. Such as...Eating only 4 oz of red meat in one serving ONCE a day. The other two serving, replace red meat with white meat like fish or chicken. Don't fry your food...total calorie and fat land there. Bake or grill your food. Eat a lot of fruits with vitamin C, and eat a lot of green leafy vegetables which have fiber and vitamin K. Remember in dieting your vitamins are essential. If you need more advice, just post or you can email me at rebecca_carter_19_89@hotmail.com
Hope I helped some.

First of all, excercise doesnt have to be boring. I know how you feel..its hard work to get up and excercise! :] I would try doing something fun instead of excercising! I put on dance music and just dance crazy..it makes me sweat and get more tone than when I used to go to the gym, run, etc! Its really fun. Also, put on the TV and do some simple crunches for your abs. I also reccomed buying an aerobics/dance DVD. Some good ones are the girls next door workout video. I dont know if you know the show, but I love those girls! Slim fast has, like 300 or more calories. Its supposed to fill you up so you dont eat anything else besides slim fast. So, if you feel full it will work, yes.

Dance. Dancers have amazing bodies.

And next time, please ask two separate questions for two separate topics.
