if i live in illinois
and i text someone in texas
is it long distance??
i really need to know!!!!

No texting long distance does not cost extra i do it with my old friend back in virginia and i live in minnesota and it doesent cost me anything

If you are texting i don't think i costs anything extra if it's long distance. But if you're calling and you don't have a plan that covers anywhere in the US and Canada then it is long distance. I could be wrong though.

yes, it is long distance. if it is out of like a 100 mile radius, or outta state, it is long distance.
