You can also drink 2-3 glasses of milk (0-1%) everyday. Start eating healthy. Go to: www.mypyramid.gov for more information on that. Finally, relax, I am sure you will begin to loose weight in no time. If you are a teenager, then you can worry less. You are still growing and you have baby fat. Once you begin to grow, it will go away(thats what happened to me)

The only thing I know works which a friend did was something called the Chinese Chicken diet. Basically no sugar no sota no nothing. In the morning she had black coffee and two hard boiled eggs. For lunch she had grilled lean meat or canned tuna/salmon with some brocolie and carrots. For a snack she had plain low fat cottage cheese and for dinner she had a salad with tofu in it. Only water. It's a crazy hard diet but she lost about 2 pounds a day but you can only stay on it for 5 days. It's completley unhealthy. Of course minimel exersize is envolved. And she gained it all back!!!!
Basically try simple things which work. You don't want a fast solution because everything WILL COME BACK.
Something I reccomend is a low fat/calorie diet. Try foods with HIGH PROTEIN (lean meats, lean fish, tofu, certain types of means, eggs.) Veggies and whole grains. Stay away from spreads, baked goods, fried things, fast food, bad oils. [ ImFakingHotPink's advice column | Ask ImFakingHotPink A Question ]
