Im around 5'3 and weigh about 120ish. I dont think im fat or anything, but i dont like the way my body looks. I want to be more toned kind of. Im in vollyball and cheerleading so I have muscluar thys, but I want a flat tummy. Its so nasty, If i push out I look pregnant and when im in the middle of a sit up it looks like a giant hill on my stomach. Also I think i have kind of a fat ass, like when i squeeze I see ceulite. I know its not easy to loose that, but what are some things I can do to get a better bod and a flatter stomach?

Keep up the sit ups. They will help with the tummy.
Other than that you just have to exercise all over.
Unfortunately you can't lose in spots. If you threw in some weight lifting you could tome everything up.
Write an inbox question to mikeCFT and ask him about toning. He is a fitness trainer by trade and would have some wonderful tips for you.
