*This is spelled "Volim Te" and here is the meaning from the Urban Dictionary:

"Of or pertaining to the expression of love. As in 'I love you'. The feeling between T and R.

Croatian Language derivative."

Volim te means "I love you". it's spelled "volim te" not "volem te". the language is bosnian, croatian, and serbian. I am bosnian so come to me for any other translations you might need. =)

A quick search on Google shows Volim Te, which is 'I love you' in several Eastern Block languages, including Croatian and Bosnian.
