haha okay this sounds wicked gayy but like you know how if your spanish when you have a baby and you speak spanish it picks up that language and then like if you move to ameica and they speak english they know how to speak both? well like if there is a baby raised by wolfes does it understand how to speak to animals? cus my dad told me that they found someone raised by wolves and they had to teach him how to be a human when he was like 7 and i want to know if anyone knows who this is becasue i want to know if like he could still speak to wolfes i looked it up on google but got nothing

So if a family only speaks spanish, then they'll teach the baby spanish, just as if a family speaks english, they'll teach the baby english. As far as talking to animals, he probably could. It would have been what he learned. He probably wouldn't know what he was saying and i doubt animals would've understood him, but he probably mimicked them, having been around it. I'm not really sure who it is that you're referring to because i never heard about that, but thats what i know about languages.
