Question Posted Saturday December 16 2006, 5:43 pm

me and my boyfriend have been together for a little over a year and sex is starting to get old. we dont really have any fore play at all anymore. just a few kisses and then straight to sex and then like 5 minutes later he ejaculates and goodnight. are there any new things we could try to spice things up or just to get his attention. btw, i already talked to him about it and he agreed that we need to figure out new stuff. 23/f. thanks

Well, I have some questions for you. After he ejeculates does he get another erection quickly? If that is the case I would suggest pleasuring him first and during that 20? minute break between erections he will be pleasuring you. That way when he is erect you both will be ready to orgasm together. This is also great for making foreplay last longer, because that is generally what women get turned on by. I would also suggest some sex toys. Example, a cock ring keeps an erection longer and prolongs the time before ejaculation. This way sex will last longer. I hope that this help.

Wikipedia.
Type in "spicy sex" or something along those lines and the results will suprise you.

Foreplay is by far the best thing you can do. Start by kissing and then move to masturbation, oral, and the big finally. Ask him to hold his orgasms too. Longer sex will be new to the both of you, which should make for some interesting fun.

Have you considered different positions? This could be a good change. Type in "sex positions" on wikipedia (yeah i'm obsessed with the site) and you'll be in heaven!.

This is a question better suited for somebody who is a good deal more experienced in this area than a teenager (no offense Nathan). Foreplay is extremely important, so try to incorporate that back into your relationship with your boyfriend. Try different sexual positions; there are many that reduce the sensation for males, therefor making it last longer than just a lousy 5 minutes. For instance doggy-style is one such position. The two of you should look up different positions on the internet together, or even a self-help book at a bookstore could work for you. Also, be spontaneous. Nothing excites a guy more than a random "jumping" lol.
