do girls like musicians?
before answering,this question is not based on personality,so please don't answer..."if he has a nice personality"
i know this may seem like a wierd question,but i'm just curious,so thanks for taking the time.
do girls like classical or rock musicians?
and i'm confused,cause i hear girls say that they love musicians,but
1)is it based on skill.exp:the better the guitaring is.the more the girl likes the guy?
does skill affect?or do girls just don't care if he is a sucky guitarist or a pro,they will still like the guitarist as long as he plays guitar??
2)is it also based on looks,?or do girls love great drummers and vocals even through they don't look good? so which one would a girl choose? a kickass drummer with average looks or a sucky drummer with model looks?
thanks for answering,anyways,if you girls like any other type of guys besides musicians....like bikers,car racers or skaters...just feel free to say what talent you would love in a guy.although i hear that most girls are not really into guys that race,but more to guys that are musically or sports inclined,it that true???(this question is not based on looks or personality)

most girls, but not all girls, like rock musicians. and for some reason they always fall for guitarists and drummers. i guess it is just something most girls find hot. um about the looks part. i don't think looks is so important but i do think that a girl won't fall for a really ugly musicians.

for me, i always tend to fall for musicians, espeically guitarists and drummers. in my opinion, the boy's talent is part of the charm. the better he is in playing, the more i would want him. i would say the looks matter, just a little. i've liked boys that are average looking, but since they play guitar or drums, or both, it adds up. i would choose a kickass drummer with average looks, no doubt. a boy with model looks but is a sucky drummer kinda cancels each other out into a not-so-attractive kind of guy.
um, i like skaters and athletes, too. but not really the jock type of guy where all he thinks about is sports. for athletes, i'm more attracted to baseball and soccer players. as for skaters, i think attractive when i guy skateboards. but, the boy's look kinda matters, too.

In my experience, the answer varies with everyone you talk to.
Personally? I like a guy who's honest and has a real passion for something. Violence turns me off, but most other things, if there's true devotion, interest me.
On the other hand, you need to leave a bit of wiggle room and not devote yourself to a million different activities because then you won't have time for your girlfriend!
Do what you love. Because no girl I know of will be attracted to someone doing an activity he doesn't care about just to score a girl. On the other hand, if he can show passion and consistency, it shows that you can expect the same in a relationship.
As for looks, of course one would naturally tend toward a nicer looking guy if two guys were otherwise identical--but that situation will never happen. It's not about looks for me. It's about honesty to others and oneself, and, I'm sorry, but I have to say it--personality. None of these things can stand alone.
Your personality infiltrates everything you do. If you start playing an instrument just because you think girls will like it, they'll be able to tell, trust me. And that, more than anything else (at least in my own experience) is a huge turn-off.

It's different for every girl.. but I, like many others, absolutely love the whole "guys with guitars" thing. Or just being in a band at all, it's great! Mad skills don't hurt any, but even if they suck, it's still really cute =) So basically, yes, it's simply the fact that the guy picks up a guitar and attempts to play!
Looks- well, they attract attention at first, but they aren't everything. They don't count for much at all (at least for me). No matter how good-looking a guy is, if he's a total jerk, I'm not interested. Confidence makes anyone more attractive; so believe in yourself!!
As for skaters and car racers, it's whatever a guy has a passion for doing that girls will usually like them for. Like, if you skate because you like to, and not because it's comsidered "cool" this week, you know? Any talent a guy has, whether is burping the alphabet backwards or kicking serious butt playing guitar, is definitely something to use to your advantage.

Okay, me being a girl..
I haveto agree that most girls fall for guys who are in rock bands rather than marching band or strings or what not. Girls at my school loves guys who can play a guitar, bass, drum, or jsut sing as long as they have the certain type of style like the emo hair style thing without the emo style clothes if you get what I'm saying. PErsonally..me being in strings, I like guys in the band (like marching band) that play major roles like a drum major (conductors of the hwole thing). Most girls don't actually. Heh. Other girls prefer sporty, fun but mature guys and others prefer bad guys like skaters that always gets in trouble for stupid pranks but not major ones. I know that girls don't really like druggies. Sooo basically nowadays people at my school fall for guys who are in a good band (even if they can't play for their lives), skates, gets in minor troubles for stupid pranks, sporty and fun but mature, and basically for just being out there and is really confident but not cocky.

Hm.. it really all depends on the girl. Although, in my case it would be more of the Rocker kind of musician, just because I love guitar, ect.
The girl most likely wont care on the skill, as long as they're somewhat good. Just enough to impress her.
I dont think it really depends on looks. Again, it all depends on the girl. =D.
To answer the last part of the question-I dont think it's a certain thing girls look for, I think it's more about the guy being able to do something others can't-something to impress others. =D

hmmmm. personally i like skaters. not all skaters though, not to the point where they are emo, pierced and pretty much dropping out of school. you know what i'm talkin about. but my second choice would deffff be musicians. I wouldn't care how nasty the drummer is if he's amazing at it. A horrible drummer with wicked good looks is just wasting his time; doesn't know what he's doing with his life. I also love a guy that can sing. I LOVE it. Sing + Guitar = love. ferSHER. But drummer's are my second favorite(o:
