Don't worry!

First of all, you're in Grade 9, right? Guess what? Your grades don't count until Grade 11! I wish someone had told me that.

Also, most universities actually won't care if you did any extracurricular activities. I know here (in Ontario) they just get your marks. I had one school that wanted a personal application sent in as well, though.

You don't have to do school related extra-curriculars to get into a good school. I did karate for 7 years. You can do volunteer work (always looks good), you can do anything you want, and make sure it's something that you enjoy.

You'll be just fine. Your grades might not quite make the cut for an Ivy League school, but it's really easy to get into a state school or a community college. You'll be just fine with that. To strengthen your application, what colleges like to see is community service. You don't have to go out and volunteer all your free time doing something awful. All you have to do is join a community service based club. Talk to your guidance counselor about which ones are available at your school. Good luck! :)

ok not making the honor roll is not the end of the world and i'm pretty sure that some schools don't even check your freshman grades. if you dont want to join a sport then dont, but it's a great way to keep in shape and make new friends and whatnot, also you can just join clubs/ do community service, colleges like those too.

Oh & don't rush your high school years.. they're the best years of your life. good luck!
