15/f. i'm 5'3" and weight about 105 or maybe just a few pounds more. i know that on some days i don't eat enough but then on some days i just splurge and eat a whole lot of junk food. i can't seem to stick to eating healthy. also if i eat just a little more than usual then the next day my stomach will be a little bigger than the day before. what can i do to prevent this? i already do about 150 cruches and 100 bicycles a day and then run on my treadmill for 30 mintures about 2-3 times a week at like 5.5-5 mph.
here is a basic meal for a day:
BREAKFAST: one quaker breakfast bar in strawberry (about 130 calories)
LUNCH: a turkey and low fat cheese sandwhich on white bread (i think wheat bread tastes gross), one dole fruit cup in peaches, and one quaker chewy bar. with a water bottle
DINNER: whatever my parents make. normally like 3 chicken fingers, with white rice and milk.
i try to drink about 3 water bottles a day..but sometimes i only drink 2.
what can i do to still eat healthy but also not have a "fat day" the next day where my stomach is a little bigger than before.
snickerzz11 answered Saturday December 2 2006, 11:45 pm: I think you're actually doing pretty good. It's not normal to have a completely flat stomach all the time. I know people who have 6 packs but still have a little flab over them. Still, one trick I've heard is to eat several mini-meals instead of a few big meals. So, like eating a little snack after school. Also, you could make your breakfast a bit bigger and healthier, like adding a banana or an apple and a glass of milk. Eating a healthy breakfast is supposed to jumpstart your metabolism for the day, which makes you less hungry and also helps you burn calories better. Hope I helped! =] [ snickerzz11's advice column | Ask snickerzz11 A Question ]
