well what i make is apple sandwhiches.

cut apple into flat slices.
spread peanut butter on slices.
sprinkle with raisins, dates, m&ms, pretty much anything

its really good!!

except the peanutbutter doesnt stick to the apple that well. but it depends on the peanut buter you use. and its kinda messy. but the goodiness is worth it lol

well appels are healthy and easy :] go to www.allrecipes.com and it you can find a LOT. any kind of fruit is healthy too :] I also have a good recipe. Its a low fat + calorie smoothie. Get different kinds of frozen fruits[whole foods], and any kind of fruit juice[tropicana orange juice]. and mix them together. and WALAH you got a healthy smoothie!

well i don't really have recipes. but you could try apples and peanut butter or celery and peanut butter. try low fat yogurt. or a fruit smoothie NOT a milkshake. or you could just eat fruit. that is really good =]haha acutally right as i'm typing this i'm eating cheese on crackers with orange juice. haha so that is a good choice too.

good luck!
