WHAT SHOULD I WEAR TO WINTER BALL?! INFO INSIDE.
I AM;
-5'2
-petite body
-i have olvie toned skin [italian]
-brown and blonde hair [medium length]
-huge bright brown eyes
-i can will dress my makeup and what not around the dress but keep in mind i have 2 peircings. which i wouldnt mind incorrperating.
-i want to look elgant and pretty with a bit of edgyness.
any ideas?
at least maybe color ideas?

hmmm, interesting, i have two color ideas. Red or Black. Red makes it so you will stand out in a crowd and people will notice you. As for Black, it makes the eprson slimming but it's classy and or elygant with a hint of mystery. As for edgyness that's all in the adittude hun. hope this helps

polka dotsare very in and there a little edgy yet sophisticated. i think red looks good on olive skin but light colors will make your skin pop. and make the dress short!

Ok so I derived two basic looks using this fall's trends:
Look 1 - White Swan
A fitted short dress like this except in white:

This outfit would look amazing because the white would show off your skin and the red lipstick would look would pull it all together and add some real glamour. It would also go really nicely with your winter theme and trust me, not a lot of people there are going to have the guts to pull off white. You can also substitute the red with neutral for a pure innocent take on it.
Look 2 - All Purple
I'd start out with a purple babydoll dress (French Connection has a way cuter one this season):

Purple is a huge colour this fall and think look is very chic and sexy. You'll look like you just stepped off the runway.

I think a babydoll dress would be perfect for your height and body compsition. One in a light color would brighten up your skin even more and it is a real cute always in look. If you don't go with a babydoll style then a dress with a little bit of body and hits around the knee would be cute and classy.

wear green! like an olive/sage green color. it would look AMAZING on you. it would compliment your skin tone and hair and it will make your eyes stand out.
i know a lot of people that wear really pretty nice dresses and then wear converse shoes. you could try that or wear a cool necklace, braclet, earrings or headband to make you stand out.
or if you really want to stand out try wearing a red or plum colored dress like this one:
